What are the advantages of staying in a Nancy Landi International apartment vs. a hotel?
First, our apartments compete with 5 star hotels, and have the best amenities. Our apartments are completely furnished and equipped to make you feel at home. Renting an apartment can save you up to 50-90% of the cost of a luxury hotel. Our apartments offer a generous living space and privacy which hotel rooms cannot provide.
How do I make a reservation?
This part is simple. Email our helpful staff with your requested apartment and dates. We will confirm the availability of the apartment and send you the necessary information to complete the reservation procedure. See the Reservations page of our website for full details and the Conditions document you must sign for rental.
How long shall I wait for a reply?
We answer requests within 24 business hours under normal conditions.
Is there a minimum length for reservations? Yes, reservations typically have a minimum of three days, while some apartments have a longer minimum term. We will provide this information when you inquire about a specific apartment.
When is the reservation confirmed? The reservation is confirmed when we receive the deposit and we send you a confirmation mail.
If I cancel the reservation after confirmation, will my deposit (reservation 25 % )be returned? No, the money received as a reservation deposit cannot be reimbursed for any reason.
Which payment methods are accepted?
At this time, we accept cash,Money Gram, Western Union ,wire banking transference for the initial 25% deposit + costs.
The total amount must be paid either by banking transference, Western Union, Money Gram prior to arrival, OR in cash upon check-in. We can make no exceptions.
What is the security deposit for? (or deposit guarantee)
The guarantee security deposit protects the owner from any damages incurred. It is returned upon check-out if the property is returned in good shape.
How much is the security deposit?
The Guarantee fee varies depending on the individual property owner. This information will be supplied in advance so you know how much you will have to pay. Normally this fee is $300 usd for one day to one week, $400 usd for two to three weeks, or $500 usd for one month.Per 6 months : 1 month of the rent .
This will be returned upon inspection upon check-out
If the length of the rental is shorter shall I be reimbursed the money? No, former payments are not reimbursed in case of shorter stays.
Which expenses are included in the published rates?
The published rates include all maintenance expenses, electricity, gas, water, cable TV, telephone, maid service and taxes. Some apartments offer additional services such as high speed Internet, which are also included. Please check the corresponding expenses in the specific apartment
What are all the costs involved in renting a property with NLI?
a) Initial 25% Deposit – An initial deposit of 25% of entire rental must be paid to secure reservation. This will go towards the total cost of the rental.
b) Rental Price – Rental price as listed on the website and confirmed by email with NLI.
c) Administration Fee – Fee for check-in and check-out which varies depending on day and time (see Conditions document or Reservations page on our website for details).
d) Guarantee Deposit – Deposit amount as set by property owner, which will be paid back upon inspection of the property at check-out. This can be confirmed with NLI before reserving.
e) Processing Fee – Processing fee for payments made using any method other than cash. NLI will provide you with a copy of the charge to the company to assure that it matches the amount you are charged for processing.
f) Other services – You may arrange for additional services and classes at an additional cost. Please see our website for all of the services we are happy to offer our guests!
g) High-Season Premium – There is a 25 Premium (price increase) for Apartment Rentals during the following dates/times: December 19th – January 7th.
h) Penalties – There is a penalty fee of $30 usd if an NLI representative must return to the property to collect payment. Please have payment ready in advance. There is a penalty of 50 of the entire rental fee for last minutes cancellations (less than 24 hours before check-in).

How the system calculates the cost of my stay?
When the apartments have a weekly and a monthly rate, the costs are calculated as below:
a) If you booked one week, you will pay one week.
b) If you booked more than one week and less than one month, you will pay the pro-rate of the weekly cost for the total number of nights you’ve booked.
c) If you booked one month, you will pay one month (note: one month = 29 nights, 30 days).
d) If you booked for more than one month, you will pay the pro-rate of the monthly cost for the total number of nights you’ve booked.
How are the apartments equipped?
All our apartments have fully equipped kitchens with microwave, refrigerator and basic kitchenware. The bedrooms and bathrooms have linen and towels and the apartments have cable TV. The most luxurious buildings offer swimming pool, gym, etc.
Are there apartments with high speed Internet connection?
Yes. ALL of our apartments have high speed Internet connection.
Are pets allowed in the apartments?
Few apartments accept.
Who will wait for me at the apartment upon my arrival?
On the day of your arrival a member of our staff shall receive you to give you the apartment keys, sign the contract, check the inventory and remain at you disposal for anything you may need during your stay.
Is there a fixed check-in and check-out time?
We shall receive you anytime between normal operating hours (9AM – 6PM) and can accommodate other hours as well. Please inform us ahead of time when you reserve an apartment.
Guests should check-out before 12 pm, but we can accommodate your needs under extenuating circumstances (i.e. late departure flight).
How can I calculate at what time I will arrive to the apartment?
If you are going to arrive in Buenos Aires with an international flight, it will take you about two hours to clear customs and arrive from the international airport to Buenos Aires city. You will be received at the apartment two hours after the flight arrival time to the airport.
We do not deliver keys from midnight to 06:00am.
For how long the representative of NLI will be waiting for us at the apartment?
Our representative will be waiting for you 30 additional minutes to the time stated with you via e-mail.
What happens if I arrive to the apartment more than 30 minutes delayed and I could not inform about the delay?
If this happens a work day during our commercial time, weekend or a work day on non commercial time, you will find a sign on the front door of the building with the signature of the representative who was waiting for you at the apartment and with instructions to get in touch with him to get the keys of the apartment. Usually, the sign will have the mobile number of the representative in charge of receiving you at the booked property.
Who will come to say goodbye on my departure day?
On day and time stated, the landlord of the apartment & NLI ´s representative will come to your place to say goodbye, receive back the keys and give you back the deposit. In the case of landlords that do not live in town, a representative of NLI will meet you on day and time stated to say goodbye, receive back the keys and give you back the deposit.
