Description

This former field was transformed into an experimental room to develop ways of life and self sustainable production.

That's why over the years we devote ourselves to experiment with the introduction of various animal and plant species to transform non-productive steppe areas into orchards.

The old adobe post was transformed into a comfortable house and self-sustaining solar hot water.

We are currently developing subsistence sectors of the natural reserves steppe biome, reintroducing native wildlife such as guanacos and rheas.

We plan to invest in the tourist area by the construction of a hostel made entirely from local materials which will be supplied with renewable energy, as well as have initiatives such as the productive order silvicultivos (afforestation) and salmon farming (breeding trout).

It is a field, it is not only the house.
The actual neighbors are The Prince and Princess of Holland.
They have bought lots at same area.

Where is this property located?
at 25 km from the Bariloche´s airport , Name of the location : Villa Llanquin (40 km from Bariloche city ,Provincia de Rio Negro, Argentina.)
At 4 km the route 40 ( Patagonia to Buenos Aires route)


How big is the lot?
420 hectareas , surrounded in its majority with olympic fencing of 2 mts for red deers.

How big is the house?
the house is rural of field measures about 80 mts squaring, this thought so that in the future it stays as personnel house but who of guests since in the project of the stay this anticipated construction of one hosteria


What facilities does the house have? (electricity, running water etc.)
The house is autosustentable, feeds with a solar paddle and heating firewood, although also we have generator.
With respect to the water, the property counts on several slopes with water of excelente quality and properties so the house is supplied with a water taking in one of those slopes.
