Las Cañitas and Recoleta are no more than 10 minutes or if you prefer there is a subway station about 20 minutes away at Plaza Italia. Plaza Italia is at the entrance to Palermo Park, which is the largest park in Buenos Aires and is very popular in the summer for cycling, jogging or a relaxing stroll if you are less energetic.

The apartment is very spacious and will comfortable sleep six if you convert the futon sofa into a double bed. It is on the ground floor and covers 75sq/m and sits back from the road so is very quiet a rare quality in Buenos Aires especially for such a central location.

There are two bedrooms one with a double bed and the other huge master bedroom with a queen bed and hot and cold air-conditioning. There is a spacious lounge with a dining table, sofa (which converts to a double bed) and an open gas fire, which makes the place really warm in the winter. Don’t forget we actually had snow for the first time in 89 years last winter. The kitchen is equipped with a modern stainless steel stove with a double oven, refrigerator and microwave. Going outside there is also a covered deck area with a roof, which can be opened or closed.

There is a washing machine and a communal roof to hang washing out if you prefer not to use the terrace.
Bedding and kitchenware for six is provided which is new and of a high standard.
