The house has two floors, the ground floor has a beautiful bedroom with closet and bathroom with cabinets, 2 sinks, tub, shower and bidet. The master bedroom has a fully equipped bathroom and a lovely terrace overlooking the beautifulgarden and the pool. The upper bedroom has a queen-size bed with comfortable pillows and mattress, and connects to a totally private terrace surrounded by beautiful gardens. The lower bedroom has a queen-size bed and a beautiful area of bedroom. From the living room you can see the garden and the pool which is equipped, for your enjoyment, with Jacuzzi.

The house is located in the region of Guanacaste on the North Pacific, the capital of tourism of Costa Rica. Tamarindo has a tropical climate throughout the year where the average temperature hovers around 32 ° C. The natural conditions allow to perform various activities in addition to surfing, such as snorkeling, kayaking, sailing, swimming, boogie boarding, fishing, diving, golf and horseback riding. Tamarindo is world renowned for the quality of the surf, the biggest waves can get up to 12 feet, although only during November and December. Tamarindo is one of those cosmopolitan places in the world where are actors, athletes, etc..
